1. Who we are

This website, donafuego.co.za, is run by Doña Distillery (Pty) Ltd, registration number TBC, of Cape Town, South Africa ("we", "us"). You can reach us at donafuego.co.za/contact.

2. Age

This site is for people aged 18 and over in South Africa. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not sell or market alcohol to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

3. What the site is for

The site tells you about Doña Fuego and Fuego Tequila and where to buy them. We do not sell the cans here. Links to Checkers, Sixty60 and the Fuego Tequila online shop take you to sites run by other people, with their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those sites.

4. Accuracy

We try to keep prices, store availability and product details correct, but they change. The retailer's price at the till or in the app is the one that counts. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

5. Your content

If you tag us or send us a photo and we ask to use it, we will only use it with your written permission, with credit, and we will take it down if you ask. We will not use any image that shows anyone who is or looks under 18 with our product, or anything that breaks the South African code for alcohol advertising.

6. Our content

The Doña Fuego and Fuego Tequila names, labels, artwork and photographs on this site belong to us or to the people who shot them. You are welcome to share links to the site. Please do not copy the artwork or photographs for commercial use without asking.

7. Drinking

Alcohol is for adults, in moderation, and never before driving. Nothing on this site is advice of any kind. If drinking is a problem for you or someone near you, aware.org.za lists places to get help.

8. Liability

We provide the site as it is. To the extent South African law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

9. Law

South African law applies to these terms and to your use of the site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
